The queXS CATI appliance is an entire operating system, set up to run queXS and a VoIP server (Asterisk). The appliance runs inside virtualization software on a host computer. Once the appliance is running, it acts like you are running a fully configured server with queXS, and VoIP installed, running and pre-configured.
Why should I use this appliance?
This appliance is a completely set up queXS system “in a box”. You will not need to load web server software, configure a VoIP server, or even know how to do these things. You can run the queXS system entirely on your own system in a few simple steps.
