Christine Critchley Memorial Scholarship Application Form

To apply for the Christine Critchley Memorial Scholarship, please complete the form below.

You will need to attach the following documents (preferably in PDF form):

1. A cover letter explaining how participation in the ACSPRI program will contribute toward the completion of your degree (maximum one page)
2. A current CV
3. A letter of endorsement from your supervisor
   • Your supervisor should endorse that you are eligible for the scholarship and that you require the training provided in the ACSPRI course for your proposed research.
4. A short video (up to 5 minutes) describing the proposed research, and how the ACSPRI course will help with the research. By uploading this video you give permission for ACSPRI to publish this video on the ACSPRI website.
