2013 Spring Program, Early Bird Deadline in 2 Weeks

Dear ACSPRI reps,

Below I have pasted a brief generic note regarding the upcoming ACSPRI Spring Program, if you would be kind enough to circulate it within your reach (organisation, faculty, school, etc). Please feel free to make adjustments as you see fit.

In addition to this notice a few promotional posters have been posted out and they should arrive by early next week. If you could please also have these displayed in suitable positions as soon as convenient that would be great. The Early Bird Discounts will only be available for another week or so once they arrive.

Please let me know if you have any queries or would like further asistance with publicity.

Many thanks as always and best regards

Marty Lynch

Dear Staff Bookings for the 2013 ACSPRI Spring Program are open.

Thirteen separate five-day courses in research methodology are on offer at University of Queensland, St Lucia, from Mon 30th September to Friday 4th October.

The Australian Consortium for Social and Political Research Inc (ACSPRI) is a not-for-profit organisation that has offered short courses in research methodology, predominantly for staff and HDR students at its member institutions, for twenty-eight years. These courses are suitable for a wide range of researchers and cover a host of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis techniques of various levels and include training in a number of research-related software (e.g. SPSS, AMOS, Mplus, Nvivo, Stata, R).

Our organisation is an ACSPRI Member so bookings from staff and students are eligible for considerable discounts. Further early bird discounts are available for bookings that are completed and paid for by 13th August, 2013. Up until this date, full time post graduate students pay only $1000 per course and other students and staff pay $1560, compared with the full rate of $3130.

Program information, a list of courses, all prices, FAQs and booking instructions are available at www.acspri.org.au/springprogram2013. Program details will continue to be updated in the coming weeks and queries can be forwarded to spring2013@acspri.org.au. As usual, several courses are likely to fill up before the Early Bird Deadline on 13th August, so be quick!
